I love being able to call the Upper East Side home. When people think about neighborhoods being a great place to call home they usually don’t think about cities. For me, I can’t imagine calling anywhere outside of the Upper East Side home. I love everything about the neighborhood and it’s so convenient – I can grab my coffee, go walk in the Central park and stop by the Met all before 9am!
I moved to the Upper East Side before I had kids, but one of the things I appreciate now is how kid-friendly the Upper East Side is – after a quick visit to the Met, it so easy to stop home and pick up one of the kiddos and take them to run errands.
Walking around the neighborhood is one of my favorite things to do after I pick up Pierce from school. He and Theo love seeing the people, dogs and of course cars and trucks and I like to explore every nook and cranny. On todays walk we walked by the prettiest building on 86th Street, The Harper, so we decided to take a quick tour.
The Harper is a stunning building and it’s in an amazing location and situated among the best schools, culture, and convenience the city has to offer. One thing I immediately noticed is how flexible the layouts are, the apartments are so big and stunning. Theo wanted to move in after seeing all the kid and pet friendly amenities.
I’m always looking for more friends to join me on lunch dates. So if you are looking for a new home, try looking at The Harper!
